Life moves at an exhilarating, intoxicating pace. But it's the pauses during that journey when we learn the most about ourselves and if we listen closely, it gives us the opportunity to rechart our course towards greater fulfillment.

We all spend majority of our time at work away from the people we love. I was blessed to have grown from Office Manager to COO in a work environment that supported my personal development from fresh out of University student to wife and then mother of 4 beautiful souls (plus a multitude of furry babies).
​
Time to pay it forward. This second half of my career is dedicated to other working moms and dads, the environment, dogs and my children. Work and home are one and the same for me. Both flourish in an atmosphere of kindness, and respect. My challenge to myself is to take my expertise in Operational Excellence and my passion for mentoring and empowering teams to help you achieve your Strategic growth plans.
